Simultaneously with the construction of the tourist resort in Bašići, we also embarked on the project of a 5-star Condo Resort in Đenovići and Kumbor. Located just above Porto Novi, on an area of approximately 75,000 m2, we have begun the phased construction of this project. In addition to the 5* hotel with a capacity of around 50 units, the resort will have approximately 1,300 residential units, as well as all the common facilities necessary for a comfortable life. The completion of the first of 3 phases of this project is planned for the end of 2027.
